You must do exercise regularly. Do not forget to do stretching exercises before washing the car or gardening as it needs a lot of muscle effort. Also, remember that you should not take bed rest for more than three days. In addition, you also must avoid sleeping on a soft bed and try to not stay in one particular position for more than 30 minutes.
